Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments — simple and secure.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Just head to our “Track Your Order” page, enter your number, and you’ll instantly see where your package is on its cozy journey home to you.

Are there any currency conversion fees?
All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card uses another currency, your bank will convert the purchase amount using their current exchange rate at the time of processing.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to update the delivery address.
We kindly recommend using a home address rather than a temporary one (like a vacation stay), as customs or local delays can be unpredictable.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 20 hours after your order is placed.
If you need to make a change, please email us right away at info@hyggesjor.com (replace with your real email).
We process orders quickly — timing is essential!

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy on all items — enjoy peace of mind while you shop.

What is your return policy?
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn and in perfect condition
• Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected
• After processing, refunds arrive within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

For international orders:
• Orders with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return
• Return shipping costs for international customers are the buyer’s responsibility
